JILL NIELSEN-FARRELL
(SAHIBA KAUR)
Jill recently completed Kundalini Yoga teacher’s training through Golden
Bridge Yoga – Los Angeles, where she was blessed to study with Gurmukh
Kaur, Tej Kaur and many other senior Kundalini Yoga teachers. Jill’s
instruction is humorous, thorough and rigorous! Jill has been devotee of
yoga since 1995 and has been practicing a wide variety of styles since that
time, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini Yoga as Taught by
Yogi Bhajan. She is especially grateful to Yogi Bhajan and Paramahansa
Yogananda for their continuous presence and loving influence on her
spiritual path.
Susan Lamberth has practiced yoga since 1993 and teaches Vinyasa Yoga,
uniting breath and movement to heal body and mind.  Yoga initially was a
way for Susan to deal with the physical challenges of being a dancer and
choreographer in New York City.  She was a founding member of Anemone
Dance Theater, and has toured nationally and internationally.  Through the
years yoga became an integral part of her life, bringing freedom, courage,
peace and joy. Susan has also taught yoga and dance in New York and
Chicago.  She was certified in 2003 through Laughing Lotus Yoga College.
She is currently a PhD student in the Department of Anthropology at
Indiana University, researching Indonesian dance and performance.

Drawn to the ways in which yoga helped her to remain open to the changes
in her life and in others around her, Stephanie began a daily yoga practice
four years ago. Her approach to yoga strives to balance the freedom of an
open heart with a strong physical foundation, as a path toward remaining
flexible in life and spirit. She was recently certified through Pure Yoga in
Hong Kong, and has been inspired by teachers in the Anusara and Vinyasa
traditions of yoga.  Stephanie is grateful to her teachers and for the
opportunity to share her love of yoga with others. She is also faculty in the
Department of Communication and Culture at Indiana University.
