Beginners Series: This 10-week intro to yoga is a guided program designed especially for students who are newer to the Power/Vinyasa style of yoga. Although prior experience with yoga is not required or expected, students who wish to participate in the Beginners Series should have a strong foundation of physical fitness. Classes meet once a week, and are accompanied by weekly homework assignments. The groups are kept small, 4-8 people, so as to facilitate personalized instruction. Email us if you are interested in joining or starting up a Beginners Series class. THERE IS CURRENTLY NO BEGINNERS SERIES RUNNING. PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR UPDATES. Note: Pre-registration is required for the Beginners Series. Newer students are always welcome to first try out my All-Levels Flow classes, but should keep in mind that there is less instruction during these sessions. |
